Billing
All rides are billed to the customer's credit card or corporate account numbers. American Standard Limo services
accepts the following cards: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa.
The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer's billing statement when applicable: tolls, airport
fees, and parking.
All published rates are subject to change without notice.
All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
In the event that you become delinquent or default in the payment of any amounts due and owing Pride Limo
services over 14 days, American Standard Limo services will place your account on credit hold and charge your
credit card on file for the balance of your account including and finance charges.
Due to the recent increase in fuel prices American Standard Limo services is temporarily adding a 5% Service
Transportation Charge (STC – Fuel surcharge) to all Cruise Transfers (Point to Point Transportation).
Sedan Rates
American Standard Limo services has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and
from most major cities and airports.
Sedan rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at Pride Limo
services hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the Pride Limo services facility until the
time it returns to the Pride Limo services facility, with 5 hours minimum.
Fractions of an hour are rounded to the next thirty minute interval.
Wait Time / Stop Time
Thirty minutes of free waiting time given on all Domestic flights from the official posted arrival time. One hour of free
waiting time given on all International flights from the official posted arrival time. Additional waiting time will be
calculated in increments 15 minutes at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
Tolls and parking are additional.
For all other reservations, 5 minutes of free wait time is given. Any additional wait time will be charged in 15 minute
increments based on the hourly rate for that particular vehicle.
American Standard Limo services does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for
any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 5 minutes.
Pride Limo services does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any
passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 5 minutes.
Passenger requested stops on route (non detour) during a point-to-point reservation will be charged $20.00 per
stop for maximum of 5 minutes, and changes will revert to American Standard Limo services' hourly rate after 5
minutes.
Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations, charges will revert to Pride Limo services'
hourly rate.
Cancellation and No Show Fees
Cancellation of sedans within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of
the trip plus the 20% service fee.
A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus applicable wait time fee plus the 20% service fee will be
charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
If a customer cannot locate the driver, please call us to avoid being charged for a “No Show” fee.
Cancellation of motor coaches with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.
Cancellation of vans/minibuses with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.
Cancellation of limousines with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.
Miscellaneous
American standard Limo services shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to
weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
American standard Limo services assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or
any items left in the vehicle.
Although Pride Limo services will attempt to allocate a reasonable time to a lot for traffic, it is not responsible for
delays due to said traffic, nor is it liable for delays caused by accidents, or any of nature that prevents prompt arrival.
American Standard Limo services will, however, provide compensation for said delays in form of additional time, not
to exceed time lost by the delay and/or traffic, at the end of the charter. Reservations require a 1/3 non-refundable
deposit that will be taken at the time that the reservation is made and both parties, customer and Pride Limo
services, enter into contract.
In compliance with CPUC Regulation Section 55841.1(a), consumption of alcohol by passengers less than 21 years
of age is prohibited. Vehicle and color request are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

materials contained herein are free from defect, nor that any interruptions or defects will be promptly corrected, nor
that this site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
